Redesign traditional, bulky tattoo machines—originally designed for extended sessions—into a more elegant and lightweight device suited for permanent makeup.

SOLUTION

Our approach was to streamline the design to be both sophisticated and ergonomic, ensuring the new machine offers improved precision and comfort while maintaining high performance.

Considered the limitations of the internal electronic components.

Finalized Design

To minimize costs and maintain a smaller overall diameter, the team decided to consolidate all interface indicators onto a single surface, allowing for a linear, stacked arrangement of the internal components.

We also developed several versions with different stroke cam mechanisms, using distinct color rings to visibly differentiate each stroke.
